1.先将鸡腿放入锅里加水、姜片 炖汤,一会下馄饨用

2.准备好葱、姜、杏鲍菇、鸡肉(我用的是剃下来的鸡胸脯肉做的馅,不过照片里没有照上,其实做馄饨用的馅很少,可以买单独的鸡腿把肉剃下来,然后剁馅,骨头和皮炖汤)

3.把葱姜切末,肉、杏鲍菇切碎

4.加盐、五香粉、酱油和少许清油拌匀

5.取面粉加适量的水,和成光滑的面团,醒一会即可

6.将醒好的面团擀成大面皮

7.再用刀拉成宽条状

8.切成梯形,馄饨皮就做好了

9.接下来,就是包馄饨了,先在皮的一端放少许馅

10.然后轻轻卷两下,把馅包住

11.双手捏这两端,把两边捏到一起,就好了

12.将鸡腿捞出,汤里加适量的盐,汤要淡一点,下入包好的馄饨,滚两滚就熟了

13.在碗底放些紫菜和葱花

小窍门&温馨提示
1、因为是第一次发作品,总怕写的不详细,步骤看着很多,其实很简单的,想省事的也可以买现成的馄饨皮。
2、这款馄饨汤是很清淡的那种,喜欢醋的朋友可以汤里加些醋提味。
